He is always looking to push the boundaries of creativity with a focus on clean and minimal designs. Dustin takes care of the public image for Rich Grof Performance Sales Coaching, and is responsible for helping clients with technical needs to make their business’s run smoothly.

Dustin has experience as a spokesperson and organiser on a Pan-Canadian level, being responsible for organising large groups, meetings, and logistics.

Phalan has always been a creative powerhouse fueled by her intuition and a talent to work with others. She merged her natural abilities with education when she completed her coach training in 2010 with The Coaches Training Institute. Since then she then has co-lead Rich Grof Performance Sales Coaching into becoming one of the premier business coaching companies in Canada.
